I’m Beti. I design brands and build websites for a living — and for years I kept meeting the same person: talented, building something valuable, and still almost impossible to find online.

I’m also one of the people Afro-Europe is built for.

I’m Ethiopian. Finding a restaurant that tastes like home, or a salon that actually knows my hair, was never simple. With professionals, the gap is wider still. Try finding an African consultant, accountant, or coach in your city. They’re there — finding them is the hard part.

And building my own business here in Switzerland, I know the other side of it: you can work incredibly hard and still stay invisible.

This isn’t a problem I read about. It’s one I live.

So I built Afro-Europe. One place where African-owned businesses can be found — restaurants, shops and salons, and the professionals who have always been hardest to find. Somewhere people can discover them, trust them, and choose them.

And it was never meant to be just a listing. We help businesses present themselves better, promote what they do, and stay visible as they grow.

Because visibility isn’t a one-off. It’s something you build.
